Director of Fundación Compromiso y Transparencia

He is Director and Founder of Fundación Compromiso y Transparencia and editor of the Compromiso Empresarial magazine. He was the Director General of Fundación Codespa and Director of Corporate Development of IESE. He is graduated in Law in the University of Navarra, P.D.G. in IESE, graduated in “Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management” by Harvard Business School and in microfinance by CGAP. He is an associate professor in the IE in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. He has written more than fifty articles, practical cases and technical notes about governance, transparency and CSR.
