He specialises in a wide range of matters associated with mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, real estate investments, demergers, disinvestments, Private Equity transactions, and co-investments. He represents various foreign companies and investors in the sale or acquisition of shares and businesses in Mexico, leads the Pro Bono Programme of Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aíza y Enríquez, and provides legal counsel to Mexican and foreign associations and NGOs.
