She is a professional independent director. She is a member of the Board at Ferreycorp, Interbank, Backus (SABMiller), ENTEL Perú, and Camposol. She is the president of the chapter of Women Corporate Directors (WCD) of Peru, and a member of the Board of various non-profit organisations. She was the President and CEO of IBM Colombia, then the President and CEO of IBM Perú and Bolivia, and the rector of the University of the Pacific in Peru.
