An economist with a Magister in Agricultural Economics from the Pennsylvania State University (USA) and a degree in Social Science specialising in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She currently works as CEO of Pagos Digitales Peruanos, and is the president of the Board of Administration of the Backus Foundation, a member of the Board of SEPIA and Innova Schools, of the International Advisory Council of RIMISP, of the Executive Committee CGAP (Consultative Group to Assist the Poor), and a member of the Technical Advisory Committee on Measuring Poverty and other national indicators, reporting to INEI. She is the former Minister of Development and Social Inclusion. [Peru]
