Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama and Harvard Fellow
She is a prominent Latin American public official and business and legal executive. She was the 62nd Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama and is one of the few women leaders in the region to have held such a high-level position. Her outstanding experience in the public, private and academic sectors has made her a recognized international authority on geopolitical analysis. She is currently the Chair of the Board of the Atlantic Council-Latin America, and is advancing an academic project at Harvard University that analyzes risks and opportunities in Latin America.
