He is Director of Studies of Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. He studied Political Science at the University of El Salvador and the University of Oxford. Since 1985, he has been teaching courses in national and foreign universities. Since 2011, he has been appointed three times Director of the school he currently heads at the University of Buenos Aires, where he also works as Professor of Comparative Politics. He has headed the Chair of Argentine Studies at the University of Salamanca, been awarded the Chevening Scholarship for Advanced Studies in the UK and been Scholar at the Department of State of the U.S. Moreover, he has been Director General of Strategic Planning of the Ministry of Economy and political editor of magazine Debate.
